Jade Partners is committed to making the Jade Vitality Index™ (JVI™) and Valuation Tools accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We aim to align our website and Tools with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — a widely recognized standard for digital accessibility — and we continue to work toward improving accessibility across our site as an ongoing effort.

We design and test our experience with accessibility in mind, including:

• Colour contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA for text and meaningful interface elements.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators, and a “Skip to main content” shortcut for keyboard users.
• Semantic structure, labelled form fields, and descriptive names for buttons and controls.
• Support for reduced-motion preferences in animated content.
• Automated accessibility checks as part of how we build and review the site.

Accessibility is never “done.” We regularly review new and updated pages, and we welcome feedback that helps us find and fix barriers faster.
